I found a good deal on someone's blog or maybe PYP that Winco had going on right now.
So I rushed up there and found Poky's had it too. They have their 3 lb bag of frozen chicken for 3.98. That's a really good price. I usually like to get the fresh stuff but I can handle frozen for that price. They also had 4 types of Crystal Light for 1.98. Wish I had taken a coupon for that. Fuji apples were 88 cents/lb. Cucumbers were 48 cents and they had lots of peppers for I think 58 cents. I am trying to get better at my menu planning so I did get a couple of things for some recipes I can make out of my basic food storage.
Then I ran over to Albies to use some more doubles. I got Yoplait Yoplus for 12 cents and some more cereal for under a dollar. I used catalinas I got from last week and still brought home $10 more in catalinas. I got 6 boxes of cereal, 5 fruit snacks, a thing of cheese, 12 progresso soup, 4 yoplus, 2 bags of cookies(bakery) all for 20.00.

Albertson's has doubles all week!!!
Yesterday I ran to Albies and did two transactions
This one I spent 27.92 and received 7.50 back for next shopping order.
This one I spent 15.16 and received another 7.50 back to use next time.
I still have 10.00 to use next time. Saved 110.00 after sales and coupons.

Albertson deals 1/3/10 thru 1/5/10
Albertsons has doubles this week again.
Here are the transactions I did:

2 Tide detergent 9.99 - 1.00 coupon dbld = 7.99 ea 15.98
1 Dawn dish detergent 2.29 - .25 coupon = 2.04 2.04
1 Bounce dryer bar 3.99 - .50 coupon = 3.49 3.49
3 boxes Corn pops 1.47 - $1/2 coupon dbld = .80 ea 2.41
Total 25.92 + received a 10.00 coupon to use on next purchase and a coupon for a free pack of gum.
Price would have been 59.39 before sales and coupons.

Came to 28.79- 10.00 coupon from previous purchase = 18.79 and rec coupon for another pack of gum. This transaction should have had cereal on it too but Kolby was helping and messed it up so she let me put them all in the next transaction.
Total would have been 120.63 before sales and coupons...saved 100.02

Price would have been 37.00 before sales and coupons.
Not too shabby for 50.00. I have spent the same at Walmart and received much less in return.

Justice pant sale
Justice (Limited Too) is having their jeans on sale for buy one get one. PYP also has a code for 40 % off. The code is 803 or 818. So for 4 pairs of jeans, you would only pay 36.00 plus shipping and tax. That isn't too bad for girls jeans.

I'm at it again!!!!
I went to Albertson's today. It has been a long summer with not a lot of couponing. But I haven't really had to go grocery shopping either except for bread and milk of course. It's been nice. So back to today...
I got..
4 boxes of Strawberry Honey bunches of oats 1.00 each w/coupn
2 boxes of peach Honey bunches of oats 1.00 each w/ coupon
2 boxes of lightly frosted shredded wheat 1.00 each w/ coupon
20 ez mac had B1G1F coupons so they were .50 each
6 boxes of jello 1.00 each w/ coupon
13 tubes of kids Colgate toothpaste .25 eachw/coupn
Paid 30.31 Saved 77.50. I also received a 1.25 coupon for Post Pebbles cereal, a $5.00 on your next shopping order, A $20.00 rebate form from Kraft, and a notification of upcoming Fruit Snack sale. So really this trip only cost me 5.31 with rebate and $5.00 coupon. Not bad.
There are rumors that dbl coupons will come out in Sunday's paper. Remember you can use them at Smith's too.
